Before registering a player, you must read and accept all 4 legal agreements below. These documents protect the rights of the player, parent/guardian, and ATJ Sports Bank. Each document must be individually acknowledged.

Player Transfer & Opportunity Consent

This Player Transfer & Opportunity Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ATJ Sports Bank ("ATJ"), the registered player ("Player"), and the Player's parent/legal guardian ("Guardian") where applicable.

1. Purpose: This Agreement authorises ATJ Sports Bank to act as an intermediary in seeking football opportunities including trials, transfers, scholarships, and professional contracts for the Player.

2. Consent: The Guardian/Player consents to ATJ sharing the Player's profile, stats, video highlights, and personal information with registered clubs, scouts, and football organisations for the purpose of securing opportunities.

3. Commission: ATJ Sports Bank reserves the right to a commission fee (not exceeding 10%) on any successful transfer or contract arising from ATJ's direct involvement.

4. Duration: This consent remains valid for a period of 24 months from the date of signing and may be renewed by mutual agreement.

5. Withdrawal: The Guardian/Player may withdraw consent at any time by providing 30 days written notice to ATJ Sports Bank.

Media, Image & Video Rights Consent

This Media Rights Agreement grants ATJ Sports Bank the right to capture, store, and distribute photographic and video content of the registered Player for promotional, scouting, and operational purposes.

1. Scope: ATJ may photograph, film, and record the Player during training sessions, matches, events, and other ATJ-related activities.

2. Usage: Content may be used on ATJ's website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and shared with partner clubs and scouts.

3. Ownership: All media content produced by ATJ remains the intellectual property of ATJ Sports Bank.

4. Protection: ATJ commits to never using media content in a manner that is degrading, harmful, or exploitative to the Player.

Child Travel Authorisation

This Child Travel Authorisation is required for players under the age of 18. It permits ATJ Sports Bank to coordinate domestic and international travel for the Player in connection with football activities.

1. Authorization: The Guardian grants permission for the Player to travel under ATJ supervision for trials, tournaments, training camps, and other football-related activities.

2. Duty of Care: ATJ commits to providing adequate supervision, accommodation, and safety measures during all travel arrangements.

3. Insurance: ATJ will provide basic travel insurance for all domestic travel. International travel requires additional insurance arranged in consultation with the Guardian.

4. Communication: ATJ will maintain regular communication with the Guardian before, during, and after all travel arrangements.

Digital Identity Card Declaration

This declaration relates to the issuance of the ATJ Digital Football Passport and Identity Card to the registered Player.

1. Accuracy: The Guardian/Player declares that all information provided for the Digital Identity Card is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

2. Usage: The ATJ Digital ID is to be used exclusively for football-related identification, access to ATJ services, and verification with partner organisations.

3. Security: The Player/Guardian is responsible for maintaining the security of their digital credentials and must report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

4. Data Protection: All personal data associated with the Digital ID is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
