Over the past 6 years, the organization has focused on discovering African football talent, providing player performance analysis, digital player profiles, scouting opportunities, international tournaments, and partnerships with clubs, schools, scouts, and agents. Through ATJ Sports Bank, the organization offers a membership-based platform for player welfare, career development, analytics, and exposure to professional opportunities.
